Delivery, orders & returns
How ordering works
Send your request via WhatsApp or email. We confirm current availability, the final total, delivery estimate and payment arrangements in writing before you agree to purchase. A request is not a confirmed order. Online card checkout is not currently available.
Delivery
The basket price includes standard delivery to mainland UK addresses. Remote-area surcharges and delivery availability are checked using your postcode. We confirm any extra cost and the delivery estimate before accepting the order. Delivery is fulfilled directly by our UK supplier.
Change-of-mind returns
For online or telephone purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return it. You pay return postage for a change of mind. Please contact us for the return address before sending anything; our registered office is not the returns warehouse.
We refund the item and standard outbound delivery cost, where charged, within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item. No payment-processing fee is deducted from a statutory cancellation refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
To cancel, email info@mianenvironment.co.uk or message 07496 976924 with your order reference, name, item and delivery date. You may use this wording: “I wish to cancel my order for [item], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name is [name], address [address], order reference [reference].”
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order reference and, where possible, photos showing the issue. We will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement and cover necessary return postage for confirmed faults or incorrect items. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Privacy for order requests
WhatsApp opens an external messaging service governed by its own privacy terms. We use the information you send to answer your request and manage your order. If you purchase, necessary delivery details are shared with our supplier and delivery provider to fulfil it. Please do not send card details in messages. Contact info@mianenvironment.co.uk with privacy questions.
